In a letter sent to state and federal authorities in both Georgia and California, Attorney Blackburn is alleging sexual abuse, drugging, kidnapping, threats, and false imprisonment against rapper T.I. (birth name Clifford Harris) and his wife spanning from 2005 to 2018, the New York Times reports.
